This is the expanded image for the third Maple bowl.
	This bowl was turned from a "green" Maple log section that I bought from a "tree farmer" in Northeastern Virginia. . It measures 3" high by 12.5" in diameter.   It was finished by dry-sanding to 400 grit, coated with a sanding sealer, polished and waxed. It was rough-turned in February 2004, finished in November 2004, and given to a friend as a Christmas gift. Return to the thumbnail images.
