This cedar bowl was turned from salvaged material that lay in a marsh environment for two years. It measures 3" high by 6.5" in diameter. Finishing was accomplished by sanding to 600 grit followed by multiple coats of spray gloss lacquer. It was turned in April, 2004, and was a gift for the person who told me where the log was (on their property). Return to the thumbnail images. |
